Before I even arrived, I could hear the music down the street. It was about 8am in the morning and as I am driving into my bride’s driveway at home, I knew the party had already begun!! From the moment I met Edith at her bridal hair and makeup trial, I just fell in love with her sweetheart nature. She is so kind, caring and thoughtful of others and of course she is a nurse by trade. What a delightful lady!
On October 27, 2012 Sammy and Edith had their special wedding day. It was so much fun getting the bride and her beautiful bridesmaids ready. We were constantly in laughter. Their family home was filled with guests the whole day before the festivities had even begun. Being Greek, this felt like a home away from home for me. For Edith’s bridal hair, I created an intricate side bun that was soft, and romantic. We created a side swept half up style for her engagement shoot, therefore this was the perfect style for her. For her makeup, I used airbrush makeup and kept everything very light and flawless using soft golden and mocha hues on her eyes and glowing, peachy pink cheeks and lips. For her bridal party, my team and I created up-do’s in their hair and for their makeup, we used purples and chocolate hues and focused on smokey eyes. What an amazing group of girls Edith has in her life!
Thank you, Edith for being such a darling bride. I feel so blessed to have shared your special day with you and creating a look that you loved. You and Sammy make such a beautiful and happy couple and I know your marriage adventure is going to be an awesome one!!
Wishing you both a wonderful first Christmas together as husband and wife!
