Mary and Mark met when they were just 14 and 15 at their church summer club. Mark instantly had a crush on beautiful Mary and even though Mark is one dishy fellow, the feelings were not reciprocated but they became really good friends instead. Over the years their friendship blossomed. In the winter of 2008, during the church youth group’s annual snowboarding trip to Mammoth, the stars finally decided to align, and Mary finally noticed Mark. That is how their story began. Over the years, their relationship has withstood many tests and challenges, especially through long-distance relationships, but without a doubt only God could have brought them together. On May 25th, 2012, while Mary was living in NYC, Mark surprised her at the Belvedere Castle in Central Park, where he proposed.

It was a stunning summers day in California on August 24th 2013. Arriving at the Marriot in Newport Beach with my team of artists/stylists we knew it was going to be a really fun day with my bride, Mary and her bridal party! For Mary’s hair style, I created a very Audrey Hepburn type updo, one that is classic and elegant and this style suited Mary so much and really complimented her stunning intricate wedding dress. For Mary’s makeup, I created a soft smokey eye with purple and mocha hues. I used Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk airbrush makeup to give her that flawless finish and used Giorgio Armani’s illuminating liquid through the airbrush to give her that gorgeous glow!

Mary, you made a stunning bride, but most of all you a truly beautiful both inside and out and God has blessed you with a warm and kind heart. It was such a pleasure for my team and I to get to know you and your special family and friends and from this video, you can see all the love that is felt for you and Mark!
